Super B uses Jira’s customer portal to track and file customer requests. It is a simple, easy to use portal where customers can navigate and search for request types, knowledgebase articles, and view all the service desks they have access to. Teamviewer - Super B remote support
We can give you direct remote support via Teamviewer. To be able to offer you this service, it is first of all necessary that your lithium battery (pack) is connected to your computer with the Monitoring Kit. Super B warrants each Super B branded battery sold by Super B or any of its authorized distributors or dealers, to be free of defects for the period of 3 years from the date of sale as determined by either the customer’s sale receipt, the shipping invoice and/or the battery serial number, with proof of purchase.
