Job description
Within Super B Quality is a topic we are all responsible for. Moreover, our reliability is one of our Unique Selling Points.We are looking for someone who is comfortable in the field of QHSE and would like to help us move through the jungle of rules and regulations (certifications) on Battery Safety, Environment, storage and the steps we need to take to stay competitive in the markets we operate in. The energy transition is moving so rapidly, we are consulted many times to provide insights in the technical specs and the environmental law necessary to protect our people and planet. So we are looking for quick learners who value safety, reliability, and team work.
Responsibilities
- Professionalize QHSE in a scale up.
- Lead Certification processes.
- Assess risks and write and implement policies and procedures.
- Develop QHSE KPI’s and build upon our QMS to monitor them.
- Develop relationships with suppliers.
- Lead internal and external audits.
- Provide input on environmental law.
Skills and attitude
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant study, for instance Chemical Engineering + Quality experience or a Quality degree combined with technical know how.
- Knowledge on standards and certifications such as DNV, ES-TRIN, IEC 60086-1 and IEC 60086-2, ISO 9001 and 14001, Reach.
- A network within regulatory bodies such as Dekra, Tüv, and local and European regulatory bodies.
- Creative in solving challenges.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
