While Super B rider Hans Vogels was struggling to find the right rythm during the last ONK in Eindhoven, in Holten Vogels and his Husaberg were back on track again.
A route with a length of 70 kilometers with several stages had to covered four times. The third section was very wet and some adjustments were made by the organisation in the last lap. As in Eindhoven the main rival of Vogels was Mark Wassink, but Vogels managed to gain some time on him in the first lap. In the following rounds Hans Vogels was struggling to get past slower riders, and had to slow dow from time to time. Behind Vogels an interesting battle was fought between Mark Wassink and Erald Lammertink while Vogels was leading comfortably one minute in front of these guys. Super B rider Vogels won the E2 class and scratch. The Open Dutch Championship Enduro continues again in October.
Vogels: ''Eindhoven was a difficult race for me, but here everything went great. I will now start my preparation for the World Championship Enduro which starts in South America with the first round in Chili and the second round in Argentina.''
