Saturday January 28th was the traditional opening race of the Dutch Open Enduro Championship in Enter.
Husaberg Super B rider Hans Vogels switched from the E3 class to the E2 class, where he also races in the World Enduro Championship (WEC). Vogels continued where he stopped the 2011 season: he won the first race of the ONK and was by far the fastest rider.
In the early hours of the race conditions were tricky thanks to the night-frost. When the sun became stronger the tracks got quit muddy. It didn't matter Vogels, who won in the E2 class and scratch. The second round of the ONK is in Eindhoven on February 25th.
