Super B rider Hans Vogels has won the first round of the GCC championship in Walldorf, Germany. Vogels came well prepared to the start of the first race of the German Cross Country championship. Conditions were hot and dusty. Vogels had a good start and was in third position in the first lap. Within half an hour Vogels managed to grab first place and went into the pitsstop 30 seconds in the lead. After two hours of racing Vogels was the first to get the checkered flag. Vogels: ,,I have trained a lot with my bike, and worked hard on my physical condition. Not for nothing it turned out, I will travel to Sicilia for the next round of the WEC feeling confident.''
