In Vale de Cambra, Portugal three stages were prepared for the second round of the WEC with a total distance of 72 kilometres. A motocross test, an endurotest and an Extreme test had to be ridden 4 times. In the enduro en motorcoss sections, Vogels was in the top 6 all weekend in the E2 class, but he was loosing a lot of time in the Extreme test. The Extreme test was a very rocky hillclimb. Vogels pushed hard to improve his times, but didn't manage to improve himself. On Saturday he was 8th and Sunday 11th in the E2 class, and moved up to 10th position overall. Vogels: ,,The riding went really well, except for the Extreme. I will have to work hard to improve on this, but the gaps are getting smaller everytime. Ii'm now preparing for the first round of the German Cross-Country Championship (GCC) in Germany.''
