In Magny Cours, France, Australian Andrew Pitt of the Hannspree Ten Kate Honda Team became world champion in the Supersport category. His Honda CBR 600RR was equipped with a Super B battery and herewith Gybe Engineering played a role in the success of Andrew Pitt and the team. 

Another success for Gybe Engineering was the victory of Noriyuki Haga in the first race off the Superbikes in Magny Cours. Just before the start of the race a Super B battery was built in the factory Yamaha R1 of Haga, with a maximum result!

The Super B batteries are having a real breakthrough in motorcycle racing, because the last race of the season most bikes in the Supersport category will be equipped with Super B batteries.

The Yamaha team, Ten Kate Honda and Hoegee Suzuki set the trend. And this will have a follow up. During the upcoming wintertests many teams in the Superbike, Supersport and Superstock world championships will try the Super B batteries. This means a real boost for Super B off course.

In the meantime new contacts with potential distributors have been made, and the production is running at full speed to meet the demand for the Super B battery!
