Dennis Kuipers and Fredric Meclotte put themselves on the podium in the Hellendoorn Rally. Teammates René Kuipers and Erwin Berkhof were 6th overall. Dennis Kuipers who races in 8 WRC events riding the Fieste S2000 choose for the Subaru WRC in Hellendoorn. Due to a wrong choice of tyres Dennis Kuipers couldn't follow the fastest riders on the first day, but after the service he moved from 6th to 3rd place Fridayevening. On Saturday Dennis Kuipers and his navigator Fredric Meclotte were right on the pace and finished comfortably in 3rd place overall.

René Kuipers and Erwin Berkhof in the Ipatec Racing Subaru S14 were very consistent throughout the weekend and had a close fight with championship leader Van Loon in the Focus WRC 08. In the last stage they managed to climb one more spot to 6th overall.
