After the first WEC round ever organised in Turkey, Hans Vogels is now 11th overall in the E2 class. Vogels travelled directly to Turkey after the race in Greece. The tracks in Turkey were covered in dust and rocks. Many rocks! This combined with the hot temperatures made the conditions very hard. The first day (no Extreme special on Friday) Hans started well, just behind the topriders. A small mistake made him lose some time, and at the end of the day he was 12th. Sunday Vogels pushed hard and rode times within the top ten, finishing in 8th place. Thanks to these results Hans Vogels moved up to 11th place overall in the WEC!
